Inspire Coffee Roasting Co. is a family business located in the heart of Muskoka in the village of Baysville.
We select only the finest beans for roasting. Our coffee beans were specifically selected because they are low in acidity.

What You Should know
Each batch of Inspire coffee is craft roasted. That means the coffee is under the watchful eye of the roaster from start to finish of the process. The coffee meets exact time and temperature parameters with no computer or technological dependence.
We buy premium single origin coffees.
We buy organically grown coffee beans meaning producers cannot use synthetic substances such as most pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers.
We do our best to buy fair trade coffee beans. This helps coffee farmers to get a fair price for their produce.
